With over 10 years in youth advocacy, Harun leads Hope's Light Foundation with a focus on educational equity and sustainable growth.
A community leader in Harbor Cityfor two decades, John oversees the fiscal and strategic health of Hope's Light Foundation projects.
Ryena designs the knowledge-based workshops and community events that form the core of the Hope's Light Foundation mission.
Help Us Launch the Teen Post
We are raising an upfront launch fund of $150,000 to secure the facility, activate the program space, and operate through our opening ramp-up. We invite community leaders and businesses to partner with us through the following underwriting and sponsorship tiers.
501(c)(3) Program Underwriting (Hope's Light Foundation Inc.)
Directly impacts youth education, technology access, and nutritional support.
- Launch Anchor Underwriter ($50,000): Unlocks the lease and opening readiness; covers launch window staffing, program activation, and meals ramp.
- Computer Lab Underwriter ($25,000 - $100,000): Funds workstations, network, software, and youth lab operations.
- Meals Program Underwriter ($25,000 - $75,000): Supports warming/catering meal service startup and ongoing meal support.
- Workshop Series Underwriter ($15,000 - $30,000): Funds 12 months of weekly workshops (digital literacy, tutoring, job readiness, life skills).
- Scholarship & Certification Fund ($10,000 - $25,000): Covers testing fees, training courses, certifications, and workforce readiness materials.
501(c)(6) Corporate Sponsorship (On the Go Chambers for Equality & Advancement)
Delivers business value, brand visibility, and direct workforce pipeline connections.
- Founding Corporate Partner ($25,000): Includes recognition, quarterly outcomes briefs, invitations to workforce roundtables, and an employer engagement pipeline.
- Workforce Pipeline Partner ($10,000): Includes brand visibility at select workshops, employer spotlights, and talent pipeline engagement.
- Community Sponsor ($5,000): Recognition as a sponsor of a specific program module or a month of programming.
- Member Support Tiers ($250 - $10,000): Includes Chamber membership and community workforce participation.
